Suraj Automation ("we", "us", "Udhaar Sarthi") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

1. Information we collect

Account: name, email, phone, shop name, UPI ID.
Ledger: customer names, phone numbers, and transactions you enter.
Payments: subscription payment metadata via Razorpay (we never store card details).
Usage: anonymous analytics and error logs to improve the app.

2. How we use it

To provide the ledger, reminders, and payment features.
To process subscription payments.
To send critical service messages (never marketing spam).
To debug issues and improve reliability.

3. Message delivery

Reminders are shared manually from your own WhatsApp — we do not send automated messages on your behalf. Customer phone numbers are used only to generate wa.me deep links.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

Razorpay (payments) — governed by their privacy policy.
Lovable Cloud / Supabase (secure infrastructure).
Legal authorities when required by Indian law.

5. Data retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. Email suraj.gasdeveloper@gmail.comto delete your account — we will remove all data within 30 days.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted at rest. Row-level security ensures only you can access your shop's data.

7. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you may access, correct, port, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
