Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

The Free plan (up to 10 customers) is available indefinitely with no charge. No refund is applicable.

2. Premium subscription

• 7-day no-questions refund: If you upgrade to Premium and are not satisfied, email us within 7 days for a full refund.
• Monthly plan (₹149): No prorated refunds after 7 days — cancel any time to prevent the next charge.
• Yearly plan (₹999): Prorated refund available if cancelled within the first 30 days (₹999 minus one month at ₹149).

3. How to request

Email suraj.gasdeveloper@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-8851666208 with your registered email and reason. Refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

4. Non-refundable

• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.
• Requests older than the windows above.
