Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Udhaar Sarthi, a digital ledger service operated by Suraj Automation ("we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts under Indian law.

2. Account & responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of ledger entries and for obtaining consent before adding a customer's phone number. Udhaar Sarthi only stores data you enter.

3. Acceptable use

• No harassment, abusive messaging, or unlawful debt collection.
• No misuse of customer phone numbers for marketing spam.
• No reverse-engineering or automated scraping.

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Subscription & billing

• Free plan: up to 10 customers, no charge.
• Premium: ₹149/month or ₹999/year, billed via Razorpay in INR (inclusive of GST).
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you enable auto-pay.

6. Service availability

We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
